During his years with H.M. Hughes, he has managed various projects at New York Presbyterian Hospital that include a new cancer center for the Department of Oncology, chiller replacement for the PACS System Computer Room, managing the campus wide exterior signage Wayfinding project, renovation of new CT Simulator, Linear Accelerator and HDR Rooms for Radiation Oncology and various other projects for the Children’s Hospital that include renovation of patient rooms, waiting areas, exam rooms and radiology equipment rooms.
Charles has also managed lab renovation projects including completion of a new AIDS Vaccine laboratory located within the Brooklyn Army Terminal and a primate holding facility located at SUNY Downstate. Besides managing projects, Charles also assists with preparation of budgets, estimates and proposals and is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and project management programs such as ProLog Manager and Timberline.
